Na inwestycję w tokeny Beczek Whisky na platformie Mosaico (platforma już nie istnieje) udało się namówić ponad 2 tysiące osób, którzy łącznie wpłacili 4 mln zł. Alembik okaże się jeszcze większym sukcesem. Pierwszy milion Palikot zbiera w pięć godzin. Całą kwotę – 4,5 mln zł – w niecały miesiąc.
Pożycza Palikot, pożyczają Kresy
Przyjrzyjmy się bliżej spółce, która jest formalnym właścicielem większości nieruchomości Palikotów – spółce Kresy. Janusz Palikot założył ją jeszcze w 2003 r. ze swoją pierwszą żoną Marią Nowińską. Przez lata struktura właścicielska w spółce wiele razy się zmieniała. Obecnie (od grudnia 2022) większość udziałów (64 proc.) należy do drugiej żony biznesmena – Moniki (pełni też rolę prezesa), a mniejszościowe pakiety do Janusza Palikota i cypryjskiej spółki Perwing LTD.
Właścicielka 64,4 proc. akcji spółki Kresy, czyli Monika Palikot, jest też tzw. beneficjentem rzeczywistym Manufaktury. Takiego zgłoszenia do Centralnego Rejestru Beneficjentów Rzeczywistych dokonali pod koniec zeszłego roku członkowie zarządu MPWiW Janusz Palikot i Tomasz Nietubyć. Z Januszem od kilkunastu lat mają rozdzielność majątkową.
