Reakcja Kraft Alkohole na artykuł „Rzeczpospolitej” o nowym inwestorze

Kraft Alkohole żądają szacunku dla wysiłku wyciągnięcia spółek Palikota z długów i proszą o wstrzymanie publikacji. Redakcja „Rzeczpospolitej” pozyskała jednak dokument z kwietnia, w którym informują komornika, że nie mają środków na spłacenie 129 tys. zł zobowiązań.

W dzisiejszej publikacji w „Rzeczpospolitej” i w „Parkiecie” opisano spółkę Kraft Alkohole, którą Janusz Palikot przedstawił w piśmie do sądu jako „nowego inwestora”. Poproszona o komentarz spółka odpisała, że publikacje działają na niekorzyść wierzycieli, gdy wokół spółek jest cicho, rozmowy z wierzycielami „idą dobrze”, „niestety po chwili pojawia się zawsze ktoś, kto kierując się swoim partykularnym interesem staje na drodze interesowi tysięcy innych osób”. Dlatego zaapelowała o – wstrzymanie publikacji na temat grupy.

Zdaniem Przemysława Bobrowicza, prezesa spółki Kraft Alkohole, publikacje mają być nierzetelne, ponieważ wykorzystują informacje od wierzycieli, którzy chcą odzyskać swoje pieniądze zainwestowane w spółki Janusza Palikota, a to ma przeszkadzać w przeprowadzeniu restrukturyzacji.

Tu warto zaznaczyć, że do redakcji wpłynęło pismo z 12 kwietnia 2024 r., gdzie spółka informuje komornika sądowego, że nie może spłacić 129 tys. zł swoich należności wobec Tenczynskiej Okovity, ponieważ – nie ma takich środków umożliwiających spłatę zobowiązania. Jak dowiedzieliśmy się, komornika do Kraft Alkohole wysłali wierzyciele Tenczynskiej Okovity, którzy próbowali w ten sposób ściągnąć swoje należności z tej spółki, jak się okazało, bezskutecznie.

W jakiej sytuacji jest Tenczynek Dystrybucja?

Spółka Tenczynek Dystrybucja , której prezesem jest również Przemysław Bobrowicz, ma wobec wierzycieli długi na ponad 80 mln zł, a spółka jest obecnie centrum zainteresowania prokuratury, KNF i Rzecznika Finansowego. Ten ostatni skierował w grudniu pozew przeciwko spółce w związku z zarzucanym stosowaniem nieuczciwej praktyki rynkowej wobec konsumentów, którzy pożyczyli spółce pieniądze w ramach projektu „Bunt Finansowy”.
