Zgromadzenie otworzył JANUSZ PALIKOT, który jest jedynym wspólnikiem spółki pod firmą POLSKIE DESTYLARNIE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Lublinie i wykonując uprawnienia Zgromadzenia Wspólników, zgodnie z art. 156 kodeksu spółek handlowych podejmuje uchwały następującej treści:

Zgromadzenie Wspólników Spółki pod firmą POLSKIE DESTYLARNIE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Lublinie postanawia na podstawie art. 270 pkt 2 Kodeksu spółek handlowych podjąć uchwałę o rozwiązaniu Spółki.

z dnia 22 marca 2024 roku
Zgromadzenie Wspólników Spółki pod firmą POLSKIE DESTYLARNIE spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Lublinie na stanowisko likwidatora spółki wyznacza Janusza Mariana Palikota, PESEL 64102612710. Likwidator upoważniony jest do samodzielnego reprezentowania i składania oświadczeń woli w imieniu Spółki. Janusz Marian Palikot oświadcza, że wyraża zgodę na pełnienie funkcji likwidatora Spółki oraz wskazuje adres do doręczeń: 32-067 Tenczynek, ul. Tenczyńska numer 59.
